Where were you born?
How long have you been a teacher?
5 and half years - this is my 6th year, and sixth year at Drayton
Well, where do I start? I love reading, and read a lot... and lots of different types of books. I cannot choose just one! Anything to do with real life excites me. Becoming - Michella Obama, and Underland - Robert McFarlane are more recent favourites. My favourite kid's book: 'Wonder' and 'The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time', and novel: The Pillars of the Earth - Ken Follett. Sorry this is a long-winded answer, but I cannot just say one.
Walk the Line (The story of Johnny Cash) and Forest Gump
Thai Green (or red) Curry and Passion Cake
What are your hobbies?
Walking my dog, cooking, bike-riding, travelling, listening to music (a huge variety) and most importantly, going to see bands with the wonderful Mrs Laws (when we get chance)
What do you like most about your job?
The people I work with - the children and the staff, no day is the same, the funny tales we share with each other, and learning lots of new stuff all the time; I am getting pretty good at The Chase, Tipping Point and playing Trivial Pursuit since being a teacher.
What do you like most about working at Drayton?
My colleagues are not just incredibly supportive, but are also all very good fun to be around. Many fun memories, but not all for sharing!
