Mrs Kidd
I was born in Paignton, Devon.
I have been a teacher for 27 years (eek!) with a little break for bringing up my three boys.
I have lots of favourite books, but the one I’m enjoying at the moment is Granny by Anthony Horowitz. My son and I are reading this together at bedtime.
My favourite film is anything with ‘The Rock’ in.
My favourite food is a crisp sandwich, preferably with Beef Monster Munch and lots of butter.
My hobbies are reading, walking the dog and spending time with my family and friends.
What I especially love about teaching is watching amazing children grow into such independent, confident young adults. Teaching also brings the requirement to be a child yourself sometimes!
What is great about Drayton and it’s a cliche, but Drayton is a real community. The feeling you get when you walk through the door is one of pure warmth and joy.
