Choir
On Friday 27th January, the school choir were part of the singing sensation that is Young Voices at Birmingham Resorts World Arena.
The children rose to the challenge of a long day of rehearsals, bright lights and the excitement of performing with a live band, street dancers and beat-boxers. One of the highlights of the day was providing backing vocals as Heather Small sang some of her biggest hits. Look out for her charity single (you'll hear us singing along.)
Thank you to Mrs Billington and Mrs Monnery who supported us all on the day. They were amazing and we could not have taken part without their help. Your children were a credit to the school and it was a pleasure to spend the day with them. They worked hard to be ready for the concert. We hope that taking part in this event has boosted their self-esteem and given them some very special memories.
